1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup low fat milk
1 cup (5.3oz) siggi’s plain yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup mixed nuts and seeds
pinch of salt
Combine all the ingredients in a container and mix well. Store in the refrigerator overnight until the oats absorb all the deliciousness (at least four hours, or just leave overnight). Can be served cold or warm.
