½ cup siggi’s Vanilla 0% skyr
2 Tbs pumpkin seeds
1 Tbs honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F
Slice pear in half, removing the seeds and core. Drizzle half the honey over pears and bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, combine the cinnamon with the skyr and plate.
After letting the pear cool for 15 minutes, add the pears on top of the skyr, sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and drizzle with the remaining honey.
