Sales Planning Manager

siggi’s yogurt is seeking a Sales Planning Manager.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Serves as the voice of the customer and the field sales force to the business unit
  • Works with Brand Management to develop forecasts for new item launches and strategic initiatives
  • Partners with Field Sales to develop strategic promotional plans
  • Tracks volume forecast for new item launches
  • Develops and presents sales plan to the field sales force at Sales meetings
  • Partners Brand Managers and Sr. Brand Managers on key strategic program development focused on driving sales
  • Works closely with Brand Management and Demand Planning to develop the proper production planning forecast
  • Develops and participates in customer presentations
  • Provides insight and recommendations on wise promotional investments

Supervisory / Management Responsibility

  • Individual contributor; no direct supervisory/management responsibilities.
  • Ability to layout data in a meaningful format from which conclusions can be easily drawn
  • Field sales force communication, Promotional Calendars, FSI Schedules, Promo forecasts, request from the field (e.g. samples, new launch kits, etc)
  • Point of contact for Brand Managers

Position Accountability / Scope

  • Works under the supervision of SVP of Sales
  • Performs repetitive analytical work and provides recommendation based on output
  • Quickly pulls shipment reports and present the information succinctly and accurately
  • Works with Field Sales to understand consumption trends and influencing factors
  • Seeks new methods to organize information in a format that lends itself to easy decision making

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience / Training Required

  • 4+ years related experience beyond the degree
  • Demonstrated sales and/or analytical experience managing multiple priorities
  • General knowledge of sales, trade, category management and marketing concepts and methods
  • Demonstrated ability to execute sales and marketing tactics as well as assist in the development of tracking mechanisms
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Ability to independently create and manipulate data in MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to independently create presentations in MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

ERP Analyst

siggi’s dairy is seeking an ERP Analyst.

We are looking to hire a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop intermediate and long-term project plan, manage project budget, and identify potential project constraints and resources
  • Assist with data migration
  • Provide ERP module training for system users in all departments
  • Write functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and reports
  • Facilitate business process changes initiated in conjunction with the ERP system, including configuration of server hardware, upgrades, integration with other software systems
  • Possess accurate estimating skills for various project tasks. Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
  • Implement, customize, and provide technical infrastructure services

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Applications or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience working with ERP software is required
  • Experience testing ERP application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts is preferred.
  • ERP Implementation – preferably end to end
  • Experience working in retail or manufacturing/distribution sectors
  • Strong communication skills, Team player, Project management skills
  • Proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint skills with an excellent detail-orientation

Labeling and Quality Compliance Specialist

siggi’s dairy is seeking a Labeling and Quality Compliance Specialist.

Job Summary:

Leads the process of generating, reviewing, updating and approving nutritional labeling. Works across cross functional teams and communicates on matters relating to product labeling and certifications. Coordinates and maintains food labeling, food safety, and certifications. Minimum 3 years of food labeling experience.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for generating, reviewing, and approving product nutritionals and food labeling.
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Operations, Quality Assurance, R&D on new product launches as well as product improvements.
  • Organizes and maintains technical documentation, including COA, product specifications, etc.
  • Maintains certifications and external regulatory requirements (e.g. Kosher, Gluten-free, non-GMO).
  • Assists R&D and Quality staff as needed in support of plant trials, quality audits, new product development.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of FDA and State regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum BS in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field or equivalent years of experience and training.
  • Food industry labeling experience preferred
  • Proactive and goal oriented in support of business goals
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Solid knowledge of food product development and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Genesis nutritional software and Microsoft Office required
  • Detail oriented, highly self-motivated, ability to work independently
  • Travel may be required at times
  • Some work may take place in food production environments
